Our Chelsea studio apartment is newly renovated and paint. King size sofa bed, bathroom with bathub and shower. kictchen with fridge and frezzer, microwave, electric cooker, dish washer. Landury room int he basement ( normal for NY apartment) 24 hours door man on teh 4th floor. Two elevators one floor there is 14 apartments and there is 14 floors. Next to the metro and trendy restaurents, art gallries, cinema, near to the meatpacking area ( very trendy ..) Apartment is neat and very clean. This is our second house.
