The house is in a quiet neighborhood six miles from the famous Santa Fe Plaza. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a medium-sized kitchen with all appliances, a living room and office/TV room. The house has a combination of saltillo tiles and porcelain tiles with radiant floor heat, and due to Santa Fe's very low humidity, air-conditioning is not needed. Ceiling fans are in all rooms except the kitchen.

The garden contains xeriscaped plants and 2 partially covered sitting areas of flagstone and brick.

There is off-street parking for one car.
