the downtown shopping street (2 min), theaters, cinemas and the opera, museums, a park, a very nice beergarden, fitness studios, restraurants and cafés, supermerkets... The main station is ac 15 min walk.
Also, there is excellent public transportation in Stuttgart.
Main attractions in Stuttgart are e.g. the New and Old Castle, the Gallery of Contemporary Arts, the Porsche and the Mercedes Benz Museums, the Wineyards in the near surrounding, The Black Forrest is 1h drive by car away, the beautiful Lake of Constance is 2h drive by car.
Stuttgart is a very safe place, we live in a very safe neighbourhood.
