There is a big big parking outside but reserved for the residents, plus one individual underground.
We have two balconies.
The good thing about this flat is that your are NOT in Paris ,so when you are at home you are in quiet place, with a green sightseeing!!!!!! sometimes it just feel good to be without noise!!!!! just the birds!!!and the trees.
BUT, you are not that far from there: 15 minutes by car. Bus station at 5 minutes walk. the train station is at 5 minutes by bus and 20 minutes walk.
Shops and restaurants just in the city at 5 minutes walk too, you have two tennis clubs on the other side of the river,just on the opposite!!!!
