Situated in the Historical Riverport town of Goolwa South Australia, this home is perfectly situated within a couple minutes walking distance to the riverfront wharf, and the main street of Goolwa. Goolwa is perfectly placed an hour's drive from Adelaide, 40 minutes from the McLarenvale wine region with over 100 wineries and dozens of sensational restaurants, some with Michelin stars, 15 minutes from the Langhorne Creek/Currency creek wine region and 5 minutes drive to Goolwa beach and the famous Goolwa Pippi company. With the German town of Hahndorf, the Adelaide Hills also only an hour away, Goolwa is also the gateway to the mighty mouth of the Murray River and the wild Coorong district, where fishing and birdlife is abundant and you can hire riverboats, or canoe/kayak/camp along the riverbanks to experience it's untouched beauty. The House is situated a minute's walk to the river, is placed along the rail line for the historical cockle steam train that takes you to Victor Harbour (operates on school holidays) . With one Queen bedroom, one double bedroom, and one bedroom with 2 single beds the house is well appointed with one bathroom, one powder room, downstairs lounge/dining/kitchen styled with a beach/Hamptons feel - laundry with washer and dryer, reverse cycle heating and cooling, also an upstairs loft/lounge area with river views, upstairs and downstairs huge smart TV's with stereo sound bars, free internet, this house is very well appointed in every way with everything you need within travelling distance to some of the best South Australia has to offer. This house doesn't come with vehicle, but there are ample car hire companies at Adelaide airport to choose from.
