Our 110 sq metres apartment is on the third floor of a building situated in the wonderful town of Lucca, in a quiet area of the town but close to all facilities (shops, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy).<br />

The flat is composed by a kitchen/dining room, a big living room, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and two bathrooms. It is suitable up to 6 people.<br />
<br />
In general, if not agreed differently, we let our guests using just the two double bedroom and we keep the single bedroom for personal use. But we can agree to leave also the third bedroom available.<br />
<br />
The apartment is provided with tv, washing machine, stereo, microwave and everything you may need during your stay. We let our guests using their own computer with a cable or wireless internet connection.<br />
<br />
We have a lot of maps and brochure of the area and of the whole Tuscany where you can pick up many infos.<br />
<br />
We are tidy and responsible people who will take care of your flat with the utmost care and respect.<br />
<br />
Offers are always welcome from any part of the world, also not included in the list: we love to be surprised! <br />

We will carefully evaluate any single offer and we will reply to everybody.<br />
