Very cosy 1-Room-Apartment in the City Center. Size: 30qm.<br />
Very bright room and kitchen and lots of funny neighbors :)<br />
All important things are included, such as a huge and comfortable bed, a bathtub, a big warddrobe, three tables, three chairs, three frames, many books!!<br />
Kitchen equipment involves fridge, freezer, washing machine, table and chair, cooker, sink.

El entorno
My apartment is very central in the district "Wedding". You have immediate access to U Pankstraße (2mins) and S Gesundbrunnen (5mins). To reach the very city center (Rosentaler Platz, Alexander Platz, Hackescher Markt), there are not more than 10mins needed (very fast subway).<br />
If you don't have problems living in an multicultural society (London Style), you will enjoy my environment.<br />
There are tons of shops around, as well as snack bars and other restaurants.<br />
The next food shop is 2mins away ("Kaisers"), drugstore and baker 1min.<br />
Very vivid and urban environment, but the next park is only 6mins away, too!!! (Humboldthain), as well as the "Gesundbrunnen Center" shopping center :D.
