We live in a 3 bedroom apartment (currently set up with 2 bedrooms and a large study/dining room) in a boutique building in the downtown of Melbourne. Our home is newly renovated, very comfortable, and well equipped. Apart from the wonderful location, the highlight of our home is an amazingly large balcony for outdoor living. The building has security and underground parking for 1 car. Facilities include a 20 m heated pool, a well equipped gym and tennis courts.

We live on the north-eastern corner of the CBD, across the road from the beautiful Carlton Gardens - our equivalent of Central Park. We are close to free trams and train stations, but many of Melbourne's finest features are within warking distance - the CBD with great shops and restaurants, the lively Lygon street and Brunswick street eateries, and the precincts of Southbank and the Docklands. For sports lovers, the MCG and Telstra Dome stadiums are close by, as well as the Rod Laver tennis park and the river. Everything is at your fingertips
