The Gotic is an apartment of the Old Town that maintains some original elements like the wooden beams. The flat have three rooms, this apartment has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, one big room with the living-room, the dining room and the kitchen. All the flat eas painted in white less the bathroom, in was black. In the living room there are a windows and a little balcony with one table and two chairs. This apartment is provided with television, DVD player and air-conditioning in the bedroom and in the living-room. The total surface is 70sqm. Sleeps up to 3 or 4 people, 2 in the bedroom and 1 or 2 in the sofa.<br />

This apartment is placed in the heart of Barcelona’s historical centre, scarcely meters far from the Cathedral, the Town Hall and the Local Government. It is also very near to Picasso Museum and Santa Maria del Mar Church, the most fabulous example of the Catalan Gothic art. This apartment offers guests easy access on foot to Cathedral, Plaza Cataluña, Pl. Real, Mercado de la Boqueria and The Picasso Museum. It is 2 minutes walking to Las Ramblas and 20 minutes to the beach. Communications with subway and bus are excellent. This neighbourhood offers many attractive places: good restaurants, tapas bars, and even a dynamic commercial area. Not far from here, you can find the harbour and the most crowded leisure centre of the city: The Maremagnum.
