This house is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and modern stay in Santo Domingo. In addition to the obvious, it includes high speed internet, playstation3 system, XBOX live system, surviellance system with video cameras and alarms. This a gated community. The entrance is guarded by a surveillance system and a watchman. Taxis can't enter after midnight, unless the watchman is notified directly, or the passenger identifies him/herself as an inhabitant of the community. <br />

Residents are friendly, and decent (as far as the eye can tell). They live regular lives and raise their children in the manner that's considered proper by society. It is required that you be respectful of your neighbours.

Landmarks that are nearby include Aurora del Sol hotel and casino, and Mega Centro (a shopping mall). Nightlife is within reach, as Venezuela avenue is a short 5-10 minute drive, depending on traffic. Venezuela avenue a place where locals go party every night of the week. There you will find several places to go drink and dance and party otherwise.<br />
