This centrally located house was built in 1890; classic San Francisco architecture renovated outside--totally modern inside. Perfect for a single or couple. I have a queen size airbed if you want to add a third person or have two separate beds. I’ve owned this apartment for 10 years—it’s my second home here in San Francisco. There is plenty of parking on the street for a car, just watch the street sweeping times. I have a super fast wireless internet service and a large work area/desk. Several great grocery stores are only a block away. I'll provide all the bedding, linen and basic supplies you'll need.

Everything you need is within easy walking distance. All the transit lines cross within 1 block--you easily take Muni ($2) to go anywhere in the City--enjoy the shopping, cafes, sights and events. Easy walk to the Castro, Hayes Valley and Lower Haight. The Civic Center, Symphony, Opera and downtown are within walking distance or take a very quick cab ride.
